An Aurora man been put on electronic home monitoring after being charged with chid pornography.
Yesterday, Kane County State’s Attorney Jamie Mosser announced that a 21-year old Aurora man has been charged with Child pornography, a Class X felony (11 counts) and Child pornography, a Class 2 felony (10 counts).
According to prosectors, prior to May 22, 2023, the accused disseminated and possessed multiple child pornography videos and images.
Judge Salvatore LoPiccolo ordered the accused to be on electronic home monitoring while his criminal case is pending.
The accused’s next court appearance is scheduled for December 20, 2023 at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 311 at the Kane County Judicial Center.
