Out & About | Nightmare On Chicago Street!

On Saturday, Elgin hosted its legendary Halloween celebration, Nightmare on Chicago Street. Fox Valley Magazine’s Kevin Ketchum braved the zombie uprising to grab some sights and sounds of the event.
