We miss our favorite pink beer, “Summerly,” in the Winter, so we decided to brew a winterized wheat beer to take its place. “Dreamsicle Flurries” is a wheat beer with loads of orange juice and vanilla bean added. It tastes so good we forgot how terrible Winter is for a few minutes!

The Phantasm powder, derived from the hallowed Sauvignon Blanc grape skins of Marlborough, possesses an otherworldly richness in Thiol precursors. When added to the fermenting beer, it conjures an enchanting transformation, imbuing your glass with an extra burst of Sauvignon Blanc grape, citrus, guava, and passion fruit.
