Featured selections of Craft Beers created by local Fox Valley area brewing companies.

    Amplifier FX Pils
Two Brothers cranked up the dry hops and plugged in the FX pedal on this light bodied pilsner! It’s got the spicy character of the old world hop with a twist of citrus hop notes for a refreshing kick. Available on draft and in 16 oz cans.
    Style: Dry Hopped Pilsner
    ABV: 4.9%

    Pollyanna Dreamsicle Flurries
5.2% ABV Wheat Ale with Orange & Vanilla. We miss our favorite pink beer, “Summerly,” in the Winter, so we decided to brew a winterized wheat beer to take its place. “Dreamsicle Flurries” is a wheat beer with loads of orange juice and vanilla bean added. It tastes so good we forgot how terrible Winter is for a few minutes!

    Pollyanna Brewing & Distilling
    106 S Riverside Ave.
    St. Charles, IL 60174

    Spooky Boots
Hazy IPA with Phantasm – 7.7% ABV. Our latest addition to the Boots Hazy IPA series, this bewitching brew is a tantalizing blend of Citra, Mosaic, Lotus, and Simcoe hops, expertly crafted to deliver an unforgettable hoppy experience. But that’s not all – Spooky Boots holds a spectral secret, a dash of Phantasm powder sourced from the Marlborough region of New Zealand. The Phantasm powder, derived from the hallowed Sauvignon Blanc grape skins of Marlborough, possesses an otherworldly richness in Thiol precursors. When added to the fermenting beer, it conjures an enchanting transformation, imbuing your glass with an extra burst of Sauvignon Blanc grape, citrus, guava, and passion fruit. This spectral infusion weaves seamlessly into the beer’s hazy tapestry, creating an aroma that dances between the realms of wine and beer.
