    Wake and Bake Sour Diesel
Wake and Bake Sour Diesel is a Mango flavored Sour the 93 Octane Crew and Dom Brown, host of Wake and Bake created. This beer is perfectly balanced between mango and sour which makes it a palate-pleaser and extremely refreshing. Currently available on draft in our Taproom located at 1825 Lincoln Highway in St. Charles and in 4-packs at the PRIDE Beer & Wine Plus Spirits next door and many PRIDE Stores and other retailers throughout Chicagoland. Quincy
Quincy is a Kolsch style beer, with stylistic roots going back to Cologne, Germany, so we went ahead and sourced almost exclusively Cologne malt for this beer. It is bright and easy drinking, with a straw color and light malt body. On the back end, it exhibits soft vinous esters, and a crisp, dry finish. Quincy was recently awarded as Best of the Midwest in the United States Beer Tasting Championship and is headed to the finals to compete for the Best in the Nation. Quincy is on tap and available in cans to go, while it lasts. ABV: 4.6%

Hazy Session IPA – 5.0% ABV
All of the tropical juice goodness of regular Goofy Boots, we tuned the ABV down a little on Lil Boots for a perfect warm weather refresher. Piled high with El Dorado® hops to complement the Citra® and Mosaic® notes with levels of lemon-lime soda, pineapple rind and mango essence.

    Fruhauf
Built in 1871, the current La Dolce Vita restaurant in Lemont was once home to The Charles Fruhauf Store. Charles Fruhauf, a German-born immigrant, built his storefront out of Lemont limestone (Athens Marble) and his general store was a Lemont staple throughout the late 1800’s. A Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal Winner, we brewed this Oktoberfest as homage to him and the beautiful building that still stands to this day. Clean, malty, and just dry enough, this Märzen-style lager is to be consumed in your finest lederhosen or dirndl while eating giant pretzels in an endless beer garden.

    Atom Smasher
Named with our atom-colliding scientific neighbor in mind, Atom Smasher is a full-bodied lager that provides those signature flavors of roasted malt, caramel and toffee found in traditional marzen-style beers. A seasonal Two Brothers favorite, Atom Smasher is a great addition to your Oktoberfest celebrations! Style: Oak Aged Oktoberfest lager. Available on draft and in 12 oz cans. ABV: 7%
