Mystery Machine
Mystery Machine is a fan favorite. If you like sour beers this one will not disappoint, and it never gets old. This Kettle Sour base has house-made rotating syrups. Our resident mixologist creates these flavors, and his ingenuity brings excitement on a monthly basis. You will see some of your past favorites, but he is always surprising us. This month, while flavors last, we have Berry, Thyme, Banana Coconut, Spearmint Lavender, Mint Julep, and Beet. Yes, you read that right Beet. This flavor not only gives you that earth, yet sweet flavor of the beet but the sour base of the beer balances your palate. All of the flavors are tasty but there is one thing you must remember if you want to try them. We only sell Mystery Machine in our Taproom. Pollyanna Watermelon Sea Salt Allure
Watermelon & Sea Salt Berliner Weisse – 4.6% ABV – Alluringly tart and fruity, this sour wheat beer is loaded with Watermelon and Sea Salt enhancing its already magnetic seductiveness.
