A man has been hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting incident in Elgin Saturday afternoon.
This follows Friday evening’s shooting incident which sent two to hospital.
At 3:02 p.m. on Saturday, Elgin police officers responded to the area of North McLean Boulevard and Eagle Road for a reported shooting. Officers located an adult male subject with non-life-threatening injuries who was subsequently transported to an area hospital.
Detectives from the Major Investigations Division are actively investigating. Updates will be provided as they become available.
