Featured selections of Craft Beers created by local Fox Valley area brewing companies.

Sigfy (Stout Is Good For You)
    Style: Dry Irish Stout
    ABV: 4.0%

Sigfy is an exceptionally smooth Dry Irish Stout, brewed with an assortment of flaked grains and roasted malts to provide a soft malty body and an assertively roasty finish. It is packed with flavor but low in abv, for optimal quaffability. Now available on nitro in our taproom.

    20W-50 Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
We took our delicious high-octane stout and added more flavor. With notes of dark chocolate, coffee, toffee, and toasted barley; we added flaked oats and raisins. Keeping the taste bold and rich with flavor.

Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel Dark Lager, Germany
    ABV 5%, $4.99 1 Pint .9 oz bottle

This “old Bavarian dark beer” is perhaps the most traditional style of beer produced in Bavaria. To quote English beer writer Michael Jackson: “A good example of its kind. Impenetrably dark with a golden-brown gleam when held up to the light, and with a warm aroma and malty taste, while summoning up coffee taste sensations on going down. It is brewed from five types of malt (two of which are torrified dark), and it is only lightly hopped.”

    Geneva, IL 60134

Hiking Boots – Vermont Style Double IPA – 8.0% ABV
Spring inspiration blossoms and buds in a nod to some of the original new world IPAs coming out of the Northeast. Hiking Boots is fermented with a variety of yeast referred to as Conan for intense stonefruit aromas to amplify the robust pineapple and peach hop tones from the Cashmere and Simcoe hops.

    509 Stevens St.
    Geneva, IL 60134

Summerly Raspberry Wheat Ale – 4.8% ABV
A beer with hundreds of pounds of fresh Raspberries can only be considered the perfect beer for Summer, right? Right. Beckoning for friends, beer gardens, and sunshine, “Summerly” will aid in the process of forgetting Winter because Winter is the absolute worst thing ever. Brewed with three different kinds of wheat and 2-row malt from the good ol’ US of A, this wheat ale will refresh even the thirstiest of palates.

    St. Charles, IL 60174

Fractured Art Modern West Coast Pale Ale with Mosaic Hops
When art and science collide, reality fractures and beer is born. This pale ale is light gold in color with a crisp, easy drinking body. Mosaic hops provide the flavor and aromas of citrus, pineapple, berry, and a hint of herbal tea.

Midwest Dawn Summer Ale. Wheat Ale with Guava and Lime. 4.20% ABV
The cool mist of morning’s promise hovering, effortlessly so, above the gently rippling deep blue waters of the greatest lake. The warm orange fuchsia rays of the Midwest sun glistening like diamonds on the surface as the night sky retires and a new Dawn approaches.

This is Midwest Dawn, a new Summer Ale from Solemn Oath where the bright aroma of freshly sliced guava fills the air, adding a tropical twist to the already invigorating scene. A perfect companion for the lazy days of summer, whether you’re lounging by the lake or exploring new trails in the great outdoors.

    Rive Gauche
In celebration of our 26th year of brewing, we circled back to one of our favorite styles for a modern take on a classic beer. Rive Gauche, our 26th Anniversary Ale, is a Belgian Tripel – Barrel Aged in our own Two Brothers Artisan Spirits whiskey barrels! Rive Gauche is a limited release available in 16 oz 4-packs or on draft at Two Brothers Roundhouse in Aurora and Two Brothers Tap House in Warrenville. 9% ABV. Cheers to 26 years!
