This Friday, from 5pm-8pm the Village of Bartlett will hold its annual Christmas Tree lighting in Bartlett Park, accompanied by lots of fun and festivities.
Ride through downtown Bartlett in a horse-drawn wagon (available on a first come, first served basis). Enjoy cookies, cocoa, and the DJ spinning holiday music. Enjoy food for purchase from several vendors, including My Cocina Grill, Hat Trick BBQ Company, Rebecca’s Cakes by Design, and Toasty Cheese!
Here’s a timeline of events:
5 to 6:30 pm – Santa arrives with Mrs. Claus and his elves in the log cabin, courtesy of the Bartlett Lions Club. Bring your camera to take photos of your little ones. Consider donating a non-perishable food item for the Hanover Township Food Pantry.
6 to 8 pm – Enjoy music & visits with special friends Elsa, Ariel, and Rapunzel.
6:30 pm – South Elgin High School choir sings holiday songs in the gazebo.
7 pm – The tree is lit, kicking off Merry & Bright in Bartlett! Stay for music, food, and more fun until 8 pm.
