Wine selections available at local wine stores and wineries in the Fox Valley area

Broken Brix Sparkling Mead

Our Sparkling Mead just won a Silver Medal at the Mead Crafters Competition. It is off-dry, complex and refreshing. Made using Orange Blossom Honey, Water and Yeast.

If that doesn’t make the cut for a wine our House Red Wine is made with Illinois grown grapes, dry, bold red wine aged in Hungarian Oak Barrels.

Michel Magnien Cote de Nuits Villages 2018 – $39.99

Domaine Michel Magnien is a wonderful representation of what Geneva Wine Cellars is all about. This is a small Burgundian family producer which is certified biodynamic by Demeter. Biodynamic farming is a regenerative and holistic approach to winemaking. It has higher standards than organic agriculture, because it looks at the bigger picture and tries to put back more than it extracts.

The 2018 Côte de Nuits-Villages is 100% Pinot Noir and shows bright and fresh red-fruit character with notes of earth and spice. 50-year-old vines contribute weight and richness to this otherwise fresh-tasting Burgundy unadorned with the taste of new oak. It’s a pure expression of red Burgundy from biodynamically farmed grapes.  ($39.99, 10% off for Wine of the Month Promo)
