The Elgin Police Department today initiated an investigation into a missing person report.
Reported missing is 16-year-old Ester Chub-Cucul, who is approximately 5’0” and 100 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants, and sandals. She also had a white purse in her possession.
Ester was last seen in the 100 block of N. Gifford at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 5th.
