The Naperville Memorial Day Parade returns this year with one of the largest parades in the Upper Midwest, boasting over 100 units and 27 bands.
The parage is organized by the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion, and will honor our Veterans and remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. This event shall be completely devoted to remembering and giving thanks.
The parade steps off from Jackson and West St. – East to Washington, North to Benton, and East to SS Peter and Paul parking lot. Following the parade a ceremony takes place at Central Park at 12:15pm.

- Service at Riverwalk memorial – 10:20 am
- Parade starts – 10:30 am
- Ceremony at Central Park – 12:00 pm
VFW Post 3873 also asks that you participate in the National Moment of Remembrance, by observing one minute of silence at 3:00 pm for the many military veterans who made the ultimate sacrifice and lost their lives in service to our country, including the 114 residents of Naperville that died while on Active Duty.
