For Michael Poulakidas and Ron Woerman, partners in Spartan Ale House, this quote rings true.

In 2016, the partners opened the first Spartan Ale House in Aurora. Five years later, they found a second home for their modern sports bar, opening off Rt. 59 in Naperville.
The sports bars are fondly referred to by some as ‘not your average sports bar,’ because guests can come for excellent food and drinks in a warm, relaxed setting and choose to watch the game on one of our many high-def TVs.
“For me, there’s no other business like it,” Ron explains. “It’s more than just offering excellent food. It’s about building a community within the walls…and then extending the support beyond them. For us, we believe we are only as successful and the community around us.”
