Lionel could only continue with life’s journey if he conquered his fear of blood oranges! Yes, deathly afraid, for once ingested all lost memory returns. Sometimes the juice is worth the squeeze, and he bit into the blood orange, and never looked back.
- 2 oz Roots of Ruin gin
- .25 oz blood orange oleo saccharum
- .5 oz blood orange shrub
- 1 oz IYLIA white wine
- garnish with dehydrated blood orange
Add all ingredients, except wine, to your mixing glass, add ice, stir for 45 seconds and strain into wine glass, or coupe. Top off with IYLIA white wine.
