BMO Harris Bank in St. Charles was robbed at gunpoint this morning.

According to the St. Charles Police Department, three men brandishing guns – including a long rifle – robbed the BMO Harris Bank located at 300S. Randall Road in St. Charles.

According to the report, a note was presented to a teller demanding funds. It is currently unclear if the teller complied and, if so, how much was stolen.

As is usually the case in bank robberies, the FBI has taken the lead in the investigation.

The three suspects are described as follows:

  • A Black male, approximately 5’6″ to 5’10” in height, thin to medium build, wearing all black. This suspect was observed with a light blue garbage bag and black handgun.
  • A light complexioned Black or Hispanic male, approximately 5’8″ to 5’10” tall, medium build, wearing gray pants, a gray hooded sweatshirt and a black jacket. This suspect was observed holding a garbage bag and a black handgun.
  • A light complexioned Black or Hispanic male, approximately 6’1″, medium build, wearing black pants with white on the side and a black hooded sweatshirt. This suspect was observed with a lime green and black bag and a long gun.

All suspects remain at large.

Any person with knowledge of this incident is encouraged to contact the FBI via the report line at 312-421-6700 or at tips.fbi.gov.

The St. Charles Police Department responded to the initial 911 call and is assisting the FBI with this investigation.
