Dragon Reaper
“I thought I’d share one of the more recent beers we developed.  It’s called Dragon Reaper, and it was built to take advantage of the complimentary flavors of Dragonfruit and mosaic hops.  We started with a slightly drier version of our NEDIPA base, and loaded it with lots of dry hopped Citra and a lot of our best Mosaic, then added Dragonfruit Puree before fermentation so the yeast could work through the fruit sugar.  The finish came off nicely balanced so you won’t feel heavy and the color is well, it’s strikingly beautiful.

“Look for a big bouquet of citrus and pine, with tantalizing fruit and floral hints. Available on draft or in cans.” – Steve Marck
