Naper Nuts & Sweets opened in 1983. Since then, I, Dominique Martucci am the 3rd owner, female & family owned. I purchased the NNS in May of 2001 and as the 3rd owner I will be approaching my 20 year anniversary this year. I kept a lot of the fine selections since 1983 that include gummies, jelly bellies, every hard to find nostalgic candy to fine chocolates, Cock Robin English toffee are items we kept in keeping with tradition. It is very important to me that when you walk in, it brings happiness and makes you feel good.
Our #1 most exciting addition to the store has been the gourmet caramel corn line which I started in 2001 and as my own recipe. Most people don’t realize we cook the corn 7 days a week & have a hard time keeping up with the demand throughout the year. Instead of opening more retail stores and expanding that end, I decided to keep our Naperville store as a treasure and expand on the wholesale end, into the following stores:

Most exciting this past week we just got into Valli’s Produce that has 6 stores!
Naper Nuts & Sweets greatest phenomenon in the 20 years I have owned it, is “Operation Caramel Corn” On Valentines Day 2003 we started shipping the caramel corn to the troops. Our Greatest heroes who serve this great country to keep us safe. It was our way of saying thank you and until this day, we still ship to them. It has been my greatest Blessing from above and every time I get a photo, letter or American Flag I call goosies everywhere. I have been blessed with some of the greatest employees who work in all of Illinois which has allow me to grow the company. I owe all success to God and am forever grateful to Him.
