Find a Local Splash Pad- Water Fun in Fox Valley

The HOT summer days are here! So, grab your swimsuits, sunscreen, towels, water shoes, sun hat, water, snacks and take the kids to a splash pad! Less stress of having to watch them in a pool. The Local Moms pulled together a list of splash pads in the Fox Valley, as well as some in neighboring areas. Have fun and stay cool this summer!

Phillips Park- 901 Ray Moses Drive Aurora, IL

Located in front of the Visitors Center. Hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily. Bring an extra pair of changing clothes to visit the Philips Park Zoo.

Prairie Point Splash Park-4120 Plainfield Road, Oswego, IL

Hours are from 8am-8pm. Multiple sprinklers for the kids. Fenced in. Make sure you bring your chairs. There is a playground nearby.

Moore Park Spray Ground- 877 Geneva Drive Geneva, IL

Hours are from Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday-Sunday 10am-6pm. Splash pad is fenced in. There is a small pavilion for a lunch break as well as a playground.

Village Green Park Plainfield, IL

Located near the downtown Plainfield area. Off Chicago St. and S. River Street. Hours are from 7:30am to 6pm. Not only do they have a splash pad but great playground equipment and covered bench areas.

Dragonfly Landing- 4704 Garfield Ave. Lisle, IL

Hours are from 11am to 7pm. Take a walk around the pond before you cool yourself down at the splash pad. They also have a playground area with lots of shade and seating.
