Filet Mignon

When people think of Stockholm’s, great steak is not the first thing that comes to mind. But our head chef, Dimas Montiel, who has been with us since the doors opened in May 2002, is also a skilled butcher. He cleans and hand cuts each one of our Filets and wet ages them 21 days in house. The entrée is an 8 oz choice, center cut aged Filet Mignon lightly seasoned and grilled to order. Served with our smashed potatoes, fresh steamed vegetables, and choice of cup of soup or side salad.
