2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon features a delicate nose of plum and dark chocolate. Made from grapes sourced from California you will get notes of cherries and vanilla swirling together in this fruit forward red. With lighter tannins than you would usually expect from a Cabernet it lends itself to be the perfect sipping wine but has the earthiness you would expect to stand up to a juicy steak.

2020 Vintage Ice Wine
Lynfred Winery’s 2020 Vintage Ice Wine was made with Vidal Blanc grapes grown at Lemon Creek Vineyards in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
Michigan’s weather conditions during the grape growing season 2020 were exceptional for making ice wine. Early cold temperatures were ideal to freeze the healthy and ripe Vidal Blanc grapes. The grapes were quickly harvested while still frozen, and we were able to make this aromatic and special wine after many years of waiting; the last Lynfred Ice Wine was produced in 2013! Enjoy this amazing dessert wine with hearty cheeses or on its own. The Ice Wine is available at Lynfred Winery and Tasting deVine locations in Roselle, Highland Park, Wheaton, Naperville, and Wheeling. $35.

Stags Leap Cabernet Sauvignon Cask 23 2018 – Napa Valley, California
The 2018 CASK 23 combines the signature perfume notes of FAY vineyard with the structure and dark fruit of S.L.V. The wine opens with complex and expressive aromas of dark fruits, currants, and figs along with hints of floral spice, sandalwood, and wet stone. The wine has a vibrant taste and texture with the winery’s classic “Peacock’s Tail” that expands in the mouth and leads to a lingering aftertaste and finish.
