Featured selections of Craft Beers created by local Fox Valley area brewing companies.

    Atom Smasher

Our Oktoberfest-style lager (7% ABV) is oak-aged, providing added layers of depth to the signature flavors of roasted malt, caramel, toasted vanilla, and toffee found in Marzen-style beers.

    30W315 Calumet Ave.
    Warrenville, IL 60555

    Viking Red Ale

Stockholm’s Viking Red Ale (5.2% ABV). Amber ale, balanced flavors of creamy, sweet malt and a gentle hop finish. We have found in our beer pairing dinners that this is our “miracle beer”. Pairing with many different types of food, Viking Red Ale brings out different enhanced flavors in both the brew and the dishes themselves.

    306 W State Street
    Geneva, IL 60134

    Snaggletooth Bandana IPA

Assertive bitterness forged with a fresh Citra hop dwelling and a graceful detour to the grapefruit pineapple orange juice new of the prominent hop squall. For a tooth that doesn’t snaggle at all, this bandana flies with the outstretched love of the rainbow hands. Now in its tenth year of production with our brewery and recently voted one of the Best Looking Cans of the Year by Ceros.

    Dean Superhighway Hazy Triple IPA

⚠️ATTENTION: Construction of the Dean Superhighway is now complete!⚠️

For this new hazy triple IPA, we took everything we loved of our original, all-Citra Dean Street IPA and put the pedal to the metal. Using the latest in hop advancements, this beer is a look forward to the future, foresight into growth and expansion.

    Fruhauf Oktoberfest Lager

A Great American Beer Festival Medal Winner, our Oktoberfest Lager, “Fruhauf,” is clean, malty, and just dry enough to enjoy as the weather turns from hot to cool. At 5.4% ABV and deep amber in color, this Märzen-style lager is to be consumed in your finest lederhosen or dirndl while eating giant pretzels in an endless beer garden.

    Oktofest

German Inspired Märzen – 6.0% ABV. Crafted with a select blend of German malts and hops that highlight a substantial Munich malt bready body to hoist a stein or two (or three) in your favorite fall season.

    Geneva, IL 60134

    Oktoberfest

This Märzen style lager has all the bready, malt character you’d expect from this style beer.  The classic German hops bring a light floral character to the aroma.  We pair the hops with classic German malts.  Flavors of soft pretzel are followed by bready light toast.  This beautiful golden amber lager finishes crisp and dry!

    Oswego Brewing
    61 Main St.
    Oswego, IL 60543

    Artoberfest

Artoberfest is a German Festbier brewed annually for our Oktoberfest celebration. This lager is slightly malty, clear and clean with a dry finish and less sweetness, compared to the Marzen-style Oktoberfest beers. A ceremonial pin tapping kicks off Artoberfest weekend in the beer garden on September 10th, but the beer will be flowing September 1st.

    Beer Specs:

    • ABV: 5.8%
    • IBU:  22
    • Malt:  German Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts
    • Hops:  Hallertau German Noble Hops

    Combine

Combine pays homage to the machines and farmers that help feed this great nation and supply us with the ingredients needed to brew amazing beer year after year. Utilizing Galaxy and El Dorado hops, this hybrid ale has the aroma of an IPA and the refreshing flavor and mouthfeel of an American Wheat Ale with notes of pineapple, peach, and pear.  Combine is only on draft at the 93 Octane Brewery Taproom.
