This Sunday, the Illinois Brass Band opens the series with a celebratory Independence Day performance, a perfect time to commemorate our nation’s birthday.
Attendees will enjoy John Phillip Sousa’s marches, military songs, Broadway, and popular tunes, as well as other beloved orchestra renditions.
Concerts, which are held in the park’s stone amphitheater, will take place on the first four Sundays of July.
