The Elgin Police Department yesterday released photos of a masked suspect and the suspect’s likely vehicle in an effort to seek help from the public in making an identification.
The Major Investigations Division of the EPD is investigating an aggravated discharge of a firearm that occurred on April 17th at 3:56 p.m., in the 400 block of South Belmont Ave. It requested that anyone having any information that could assist in identifying the subject or provide specifics on the pictured Nissan vehicle, to contact Detective Westerman at 847-289-2634.
