Our Executive Chef, Luigi Garcia leads the culinary operation at The Grove Country Club since 2018. Since 2004, Chef Luigi served as Executive Chef at Riva Crab House in addition to Riva Café and overseeing their special events and catering operations. Prior to his time with the restaurant, he worked diligently to master his skills and creativity working for several highly recognized Executive Chef professionals. His specialty cooking styles include European, traditional and modern American, as well as Latin and Asian cuisine. He is always focused on quality freshness and consistency for our guests. He makes it a point to listen to our customers by preparing food that will meet their demand. His goal is to ensure your culinary experience at The Grove Country Club is memorable.
Although The Grove Country Club is a private membership country club, we are available to the public to host any of your events whether it be a wedding, social event, a corporate event or meeting, a charity golf outing, or Gala.
