According to a post by the Elgin Police Department, the car and subject captured in the photograph above was involved in a shots fired incident that occurred in the 600 block of Raymond Street on Tuesday, October 19th, at 8:32 p.m.
A suspicious vehicle was parked in the driveway of where the incident occurred and Detectives from the Major Investigations Division are attempting to identify the subject and the vehicle.
