Or come on down to the Riverwalk to beat the heat with our Chili COOL-Off activities.
To enter the competition, please register in advance. There are 4 competition categories: Illinois State Championship Cook-Off (CASI), traditional chili division, junior division (NEW!), and community organization division (NEW!)
