JDR and The Broadcast is a Roots-Rock and Roll band from Aurora, Illinois. It is Midwestern heart and soul with deep roots in Folk, Country, and Blues, with Rock and Roll at the core.
JDR is fronted by John Rowland and Pete Jive, two seasoned songwriters who began playing music together while still in high school. JDR and The Broadcast performs throughout Illinois.
Concerts are at Mundy Park, just adjacent to The Venue, at 21-23 South Broadway in Aurora.
