After an initial on scene investigation, officers determined that two males approached a gray sedan on foot and got in. The sedan drove around the lot briefly before witnesses reported 2-3 “pop” sounds and then one of the males exited and limped away. The sedan rolled forward and two more popping sounds were heard. The sedan struck the curb in the far northwest corner of the parking lot where it came to rest.
