    Bartlett Police Investigate “Targeted” Shooting

    Police in Bartlett are investigating a shooting this morning on Rt 59 near Army Trail Road.

    No injuries were reported as a result of the event, which took place sometime around 10am.

    Traffic on 59 was shut down for about 90 minutes as police secured and investigated the scene.

    Barlett police believe that the shooting was “targeted,” but did not elaborate on suspects or motives.  Further, no suspect description has been issued.
