Hot off the best offensive performance of their year so far, a 13-4 drubbing of the Atlanta Braves, the Cubs decided to be generous to their Wrigley guests and return the favor, falling 13-4 the very next game.
The Braves walloped 4 home runs in the top of the 1st against suddenly hapless Kyle Hendricks, and it was all downhill from there.
We think that’s enough said.
