Fatigue-Fighting Avocado Hummus

The avocado in this hummus makes it rich and creamy and the ingredients are simple - so fresh!

It takes a few minutes to make and you can eat it with veggies, slather it into a wrap or eat it for breakfast with tomato on toast or some salmon and capers! And it's good for your heart and skin, because it's rich in potassium, B vitamins and good fats. It will also help you get through that afternoon slump if you bring it with you as a snack with veggies. It's a powerhouse! An adrenal fatigue-fighter! Want to REALLY dig your heels in? Add some asparagus to your plate!

Avocado Hummus

2 Avocados, medium ripe
1 (15ox) can Chick peas
1 tbsp Cilantro, leaves
1 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Lemon/Lime juice, fresh 1-1/2 tbsp Tahini
1 Red pepper flakes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp Olive oil
1/8 tsp Cumin

Puree in food processor and enjoy!
