Peach Sweet Tea Cocktail Recipe

The perfect drink for early Fall

Although summer is winding down, flavored sweet tea is a perfect drink for early fall.  Using infused moonshine adds to the southern charm of the sweet tea.  The longer the moonshine sits with the fruit, the more flavor will infuse into it.  This can be done with other fruits, but we recommend starting with peach. 

Ingredients needed: Peach infused Moonshine (Rev. Mikes White Lightning Moonshine recommended; directions below), sweet tea, and a peach

Tools needed: glass, spoon, muddler, and pourer or jigger


1.    Cut peach into ¼-½” slices and place 2-3 slices in the bottom of the glass.

2.    Pour 1 ½ ounce peach infused moonshine over the peaches and muddle (use the back of a wooden spoon if you don’t have a muddler).

3.    Top with sweet tea and stir.

4.    Garnish with a peach slice.

5.    Enjoy!

Directions for Peach Infused Moonshine 

Ingredients needed: moonshine and a peach

Tools needed: knife and a mason jar


1.    Thinly slice the peach and place slices in the mason jar

2.    Pour moonshine over the peaches to completely cover the slices

3.    Let sit for 1-4 weeks (avoid sunny areas)

 The longer it sits, the more the flavor will infuse
