Raspberry Mojito Cocktail Recipe

A great variation of the traditional mojito.

The Raspberry Mojito can be enjoyed during all seasons. Fresh raspberries and Chambord (raspberry liqueur) compliment the mint to create a refreshing mojito. This recipe uses Vodka to blend better with the raspberries. Ideal signature drink at both backyard parties and wedding receptions.

Level of Difficultly: Low

Ingredients: vodka, Chambord (raspberry liqueur), simple syrup, raspberries, mint leaves, and club soda

Tools: jigger, muddler, standard spoon.

Prep: 2 minutes

1.    In highball or pint glass, place 6-8 mint leafs and 4-6 raspberries at the bottom.

2.    Add 1 ½ oz vodka (Grey Goose or Cîroc recommended), ½ oz of Chambord (raspberry liqueur), and ¼ oz of simple syrup on top of the mint and raspberries.

3.    Muddle all the ingredients until raspberries are broken up (use the back of a wooden spoon if you don’t have a muddler).

4.    Add ice and fill with Club Soda.

5.    Stir with spoon to distribute the muddled raspberries and mint throughout the glass.

6.    Garnish with fresh raspberry and mint leaf.

7.    Enjoy
