Copper Fox Cafe has homemade faves

Lisa and Dimitri Lolis are not new to St. Charles. And they are not new to the restaurant business. So when they chose to open the Copper Fox Café in downtown St. Charles recently, it was an investment in their future and that of their hometown.

Born in Greece, Dimitri's specialty as an executive chef is Mediterranean cuisine, but his new restaurant has a little bit of everything — sandwiches, salads, soups, entrees and it is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner at affordable prices. His menu will always include lamb chops, chicken kabobs and Greek chicken, but equally important are mainstream selections such as cheese tortellini ($13.95), pork loin schnitzel ($14.95) and a steak burger ($6.95).
