The St. Charles School Board elected new officers during a special meeting
Monday night after two new members took the oath of office.

Steven Spurling and Kathy Hewell will replace outgoing members Scott  Nowling
and Jim Chimienti as president and vice president, respectively.
Spurling was elected to the board in 2009. Hewell is beginning her third term.
